We are pleased to inform you that we have an exclusive partnership with SELFCAREMVMT to adapt a mobile application for people living with Cystic Fibrosis. We are currently looking for CF people who would be interested in participating in the development phase for a month. Afterwards, your comments will be used to adapt the application, which will be officially launched in May, the month of Cystic Fibrosis.
The FK Storylines app empowers and supports individuals living with Cystic Fibrosis with a customizable suite of self-care tools that allows them to manage their long term health. The app will launch in May, during Cystic Fibrosis month. In anticipation of the launch, we’re inviting 10-12 people to participate in a focus group. Kindly fill out the form below to participate. Please note, the focus group will be conducted in French.
You can participate if you:
- Are diagnosed with Cystic Fibrosis
- Live in the United States or Canada
- Have a smartphone or tablet (Android or iOS)
What will I do?
Use a mobile app to track your health, and share your experience with CF for one month.
All results from this focus group is de-identified (anonymous). We respect your trust in us and any information that is disclosed as part of this initiative will remain in strict confidence.
