In order to provide support to adults living with cystic fibrosis and parents of children living with cystic fibrosis who are in financial difficulty due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we are offering one-time assistance in the form of a grocery card of $ 50 Metro or Super C. In order to help as many as possible, we will only accept one request per household. The program is in effect while funds are exhausted and it is at the discretion of the organization whether or not to accept applications. We prioritize people with no income and who are not on ECPs or Employment Insurance.
