Would you like to develop yourself by attending a specific personnal formation or course? Living with Cystic Fibrosis has developed a fund to support you financially in your efforts. Indeed, we propose to refund 50% to 100% of your registration fees, up to $ 100, upon presentation of an invoice confirming your subscription. The amount of the rebate will be determined according to your income, the one of the parents in the case of a person under 18 years old.
Whether it is for painting, singing, dancing, drawing, circus arts, you want to learn a new language or how to knit, whether you want to get back into shape at the gym or start doing theater, we agree to reimburse, in whole or in part, the majority of the trainings or hobbies you can imagine.
To register, you must complete two forms: the Cystic Fibrosis Attestation and the Refund Claim (both in French). Do not forget to attach your invoice.
